Last week-end I was in Stockholm, I saw my friends, saw the town under the snow, hanged out in some real cool places. And saw my friends.
This week-end, I went to the cinema, watched some movies and went to Ikea. Bought a red lamp. Love my red lamp! At the cinema I saw Arn, the tempel knight. It's the most expensive Swedish fil of all times. In line with a Hollywood super production. Really good. The film is based on the books of Sweden most famous writer today, Jan Guillou. It got quite bad critics and I don't know why because it's really good. And it's working really well, I don't know how many have seen it so far but I heard the figures are good.
I also watched Casino Royale. Goooood this man is pure sexiness locked in a work-out body (on the edge of being too much but it works...). I had read about him being really hot in the movie and I was wondering what I would think about it. "When you want and where you want!" Here is what I thought!!! I like the balance between the asshole and the good guy in him. I didn't like the fact that he goes soft and resigns for the girl. I know it's strange but we're used to James being bad with the girls and treating them like flirt and sex material... Anyway, I like Daniel and I'm glad there are more to come because I didn't like Pierce Brosnan. Not as James Bond at least.
Saw the Secretary again as well. Reeeeaaaally good movie with Maggie Gyllenhaal (Swedish origins) and James Spader about a slightly sado-masochist relationship between a lawyer and his secretary.
Next week-end, my very good friend Alexandra and her husband Etienne are coming to Göteborg to see me. I had promised snow and was hoping for blue sky and typical postcard winter weather. I think I'll have to repay my darlings on this one. It's mostly raining lately. November rain, see what I mean? Boooooooriiiiing!!
Week-end after that, I'm off to France for some skiiiing! Serre-Chevalier is da place. And da sista is coming! Yeaaaahh! Warning for a blond comment now. But I hope the weather with be fine so that I can get some nice winter suntan. I feel so sickly white right now... And my boss being so brown after two weeks on the Canary Islands doesn't help. Ah! I told you I was going to be blond!
Week-end after: back from France and Ann-Sofie's birthday.
Week-end after that? Well I don't know.... and it feels strange! Sleeping after all this I guess.
What about you? Anything exciting going on in the otherwise boring winter? Is 2008 being good to you so far?
