... when you find an elk in your swimming-pool!
This happened outside Halmstad (where I've been living in 2002 and in 2004-2005). The elk is a female and yesterday it walked on the pool protection and fell in the water. They emptied the pool and built some kind of stairs to help the elk take itself out the pool. But it didn't work out so today, they shot the elk with a seringe to have it sleep. The elk then reacted violently and tried to jump out but it didn't work either... Later when it was under drungs, they took it out with the help of ropes. Later when it woke up, the rescue team showed it the way back to the woods where its baby was waiting for it.
All is well that ends well.
